What are the dates?
Tuesday, Oct. 1 through Friday, Oct. 4.
Where does the convention take place?
The education sessions will all be in the Westin Hotel, 50 S. Capitol Ave, Indianapolis. The Product and Technology showcase with exhibitors will be in Hall B of the Indiana Convention Center on Thursday, Oct. 3.
What is the hotel rate?
The PHCC rate at the Westin is $199. To reserve a room, call 800-228-3000 and reference “Plumbing Heating Cooling Contractors”
Where can I find out what educational sessions are being held?
The most up to date information is on the PHCC National website: https://www.phccweb.org/event/connect-2019/
If you scroll down you will see “Schedule” that will give you the day, time, information about the session and the speaker.
Where does the apprentice contest take place?
It will be in Hall B of the Convention Center during the Product and Technology Showcase.
I’m a contractor. How do I register?
You can register online at https://www.phccweb.org/event/connect-2019/ The Full registration covers all seminars, trade show and special events. There are a few add-on opportunities (i.e., tours) that are an additional charge.
Is there a special rate for contractors from Indiana?
Yes, $100 off the early bird price. You must put HOST19 in the discount code section when you register to get the special pricing. This is only good until August 31.
Are there discounts if I sign up more people from my company?
Yes, that is on the registration form.
I’m an associate member. Can I attend?
Yes. If you want the entire package you would need to pay the full member registrant price.
Are there ala carte packages?
Yes. For example if you just want to attend just the Product and Technology Showcase it is $45. They are working on getting those ala carte prices to Indiana PHCC soon.
What is Indiana PHCC doing?
We will have an event called Indiana Home Grown Night on Tuesday, Oct. 1 from 7 to 10 p.m. The event has a cost of $75 and it is through Indiana PHCC, not the National PHCC. The information on the event is here. This will sell out quickly so be sure to get your reservations in soon.
