PHCC Leadership Academy:

What:

The Academy offers cutting edge content including tools for self-awareness, improving communication and for fostering innovation so your leaders can effectively grow your business.

How:

Ideal participants are experienced or high potential leaders within your business. Participants meet eight times throughout the year and finish the program by presenting an individual Action Learning Project™ related to their role at work. Additionally (and often folks’ favorite part of the program), participants receive two hours of personalized executive coaching (by PHCC Board Member John Bain) to help drive the results of their project.

Management Essentials:

What:

Management Essentials combines interactive learning with specific tools and skills designed to make front line leaders more effective at engaging and managing your employees.

How:

The target audience is frontline managers of individual contributors. Seven, one-day courses occurring 6 weeks apart over nine months. All sessions are experiential and aimed at real behavior change. Tools for self-awareness and improved communication are threaded through this leadership program, creating value in day-to-day management situations. Management Essentials will develop participant’s ability to build effective teams and improve skills for more effective conflict management and change management.

Emerging Leaders Series:

What:

The 100% virtual Emerging Leader Series is designed to build self-awareness, personal accountability, and the communication skills necessary to be in future leadership positions.

How:

Designed for Millennials, those who are early in their career journey, and/or individuals who want to learn about management as a possible springboard to their first leadership role.

This series is cohort-based: 6-8 participants per group with 6 months of weekly touchpoints, and 100% virtual. Weekly touchpoints include video, self-directed work, 90-minute virtual classroom sessions, and follow-up with the support of mobile friendly technologies. Emerging Leaders is an ideal program for your strong performers who you hope to retain and develop into the future leaders of your business.
